Reimagine What's Possible Air Products is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to provide leadership across our North American HyCO operations. In this highly visible role, you will be accountable for driving a culture of safety excellence, ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate standards, and leading continuous improvement across a complex portfolio of industrial gas facilities. Typical travel is approximately 25%, with periods of increased travel up to 50% based on site needs and business priorities. This role supports multisite operations and may be based out of Houston, TX, La Porte, TX, Gonzales, LA, or Prairieville, LA. This is a highimpact leadership role for a safety professional energized by working in highhazard environments and motivated by the opportunity to influence safety outcomes at scale across critical industrial operations. As the HyCO Health and Safety Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership while leading and developing a team of health and safety professionals. You will guide the implementation of Air Products' Health and Safety Management System, proactively identify risk, and ensure consistent application of best practices across approximately 25 US and Canadian sites supporting critical hydrogen and industrial gas operations. This role plays a key role in shaping safety strategy and influencing operational decisions at the senior leadership level. This role is ideal for a seasoned safety leader who combines strong technical credibility with exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, and who thrives in a matrixed, fastpaced environment.
