The E-Commerce Operations Manager is responsible for leading Commercial Operations across SuperATV's ecommerce product catalog, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, optimization, and performance of all product content. This role owns the operational leadership of the Copywriters, Listing Managers, and Photographers whose work is primarily tied to new and existing product maintenance rather than brand or campaign marketing.



This leader ensures that product data, listings, merchandising assets, and catalog presentation are optimized to maximize conversion, search visibility, and channel readiness across all commerce touchpoints.

Primary Duties

Commercial Operations Leadership
* Lead the day-to-day management of Commercial Operations, including Copywriters, Listing Managers, Product Content Specialists, and Photographers.
* Establish workflows and standards for new product launches, catalog updates, refreshes, and discontinued product maintenance.
* Ensure all product content pipelines are accurate, timely, and aligned with launch deadlines.


Product Content & Catalog Management
* Oversee creation and optimization of product titles, descriptions, bullets, feature copy, specifications, compatibility data, and merchandising assets.
* Ensure all listings meet channel-specific requirements for DTC ecommerce.
* Maintain best practices for taxonomy, attribute enrichment, metadata, and discoverability.



Ecommerce Merchandising Execution
* Partner with Ecommerce leadership to improve product presentation, conversion rates, and category merchandising.
* Support launch sequencing for new products including imagery readiness, listing completeness, and SKU activation timing.
* Collaborate with pricing, inventory, and product teams to ensure catalog alignment with promotions and assortment strategies.


Cross-Channel Listing Excellence
* Monitor listing health, suppression risks, missing attributes, and merchandising gaps across channels.
* Improve speed-to-market for new SKU activation.


Photography & Asset Production Oversight
* Manage photography prioritization schedules tied to launches, refreshes, and catalog gaps.
* Ensure photography standards support ecommerce conversion needs, including studio, lifestyle, dimensional, and technical imagery.
* Coordinate image asset readiness for all channels and digital touchpoints.


Process Improvement & Scalability
* Build scalable SOPs for catalog enrichment, product launch readiness, and content workflows.
* Identify automation opportunities in product content creation and listing syndication.

Qualifications
Education / Experience

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, Merchandising, or related field.
* 5+ years of ecommerce, digital merchandising, catalog operations, or commercial content leadership experience.
* Strong experience managing ecommerce product catalogs in multi-channel environments.
* Familiarity with Adobe Commerce
* Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
* Experience in powersports, automotive aftermarket, or enthusiast product industries preferred.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay equity. Compensation decisions are made based on the specific facts and circumstances of each role and candidate.This role is also eligible for a bonus.
