Work Schedule: Temporary; 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday This position is eligible for Paid Sick and Safe Time (PSST) under the Healthy Families and Workplaces Act. Please note: This is a temporary position lasting approximately 4 months JOB SUMMARY: The Coordinator I, Continuous Improvement (CI) will support our Continuous Improvement team with our organization-wide Continuous Improvement initiative. Our Retail, Donation, Warehousing, and Salvage operations are a vital part of our ability to provide mission services throughout the State of Colorado. The CI Coordinator will be an integral part of the team and will conduct studies, manage small change events and audit actual process performance. Hands-on activity is required for this role, which includes such things as hanging signs, laying floor tape, installing and moving items and similar activities in a variety of work environments. This role works effectively with varied groups of people including individuals with disabilities and disadvantages, management, and employees at all levels. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
