We're hiring entry level & experienced cabling technicians to support a brandnew hyperscale data center build in Aiken, SC. This is a largescale, longterm project with consistent hours and the opportunity to stay busy as the site ramps up. If you've worked in a trade or cabling role, this is a strong move. Fiber & Copper Cabling * Pulling high volumes of fiber in data halls and risers * Terminating fiber and copper (Cat5/Cat6, LC, SC) * Fiber splicing (ribbon & traditional preferred) * Dressing and managing cable pathways cleanly Infrastructure BuildOut * Installing ladder rack, cable tray, Jhooks, fiber runner * Building IDF/MDF rooms (racks, patch panels, hardware) * Grounding & bonding * Assisting with rack & stack as needed What We're Looking For You don't need to know everything - but you should be comfortable in a new construction hyperscale setting. * Experience pulling & terminating Cat5/Cat6 * Basic troubleshooting experience Work Environment This is a new build hyperscale data center, so expect: * Hot environment (no AC yet) * Lots of walking and material movement * Ladder & lift work * Physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs) * Indoor & limited outdoor work Guaranteed 40 hours Overtime available if you want it Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Trenton, SC. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
