This role is critical for managing complex technical products such as those within TFB Engineering & Solutions, and supporting T-Mobile for Business (TFB) platforms. The Sr Product Manager, Technical owns the product lifecycle end to end, including vision, roadmap, technical delivery, and partner teamwork across engineering, marketing, business, and go-to-market teams. The role requires integrating customer insights, market analysis, and technical feasibility to prioritize product features and improvements. Success is measured by delivering products that meet business goals, customer happiness, and technical performance metrics. The work impacts the organization by driving product innovation, operational efficiency, and enhancing customer experiences through effective product management.

Job Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for a complex offers and product catalog platform, including capability creation, feature development, and backlog management, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
- Define, own, and continuously refine the multi-quarter product roadmap, balancing near-term delivery commitments with long-term strategic platform evolution
- Identify, track, and manage cross-platform dependencies across adjacent enterprise systems, ensuring upstream and downstream impacts are surfaced early and resolved proactively
- Partner closely with Product Owners to drive feature creation and user story development, ensuring DevOps teams have clear, actionable requirements at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, architecture, legal, finance, sales, and go-to-market to drive technical delivery and product releases
- Identify and resolve execution, operational, and organizational issues that impede product success, driving improvement plans within sphere of influence
- Support and enable core Agile practices: efficient just-in-time flow, lean practices, elimination of waste, and DevOps CI/CD
- Conduct market and customer research to find opportunities and infoadviseduct strategy and roadmap development
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize features, assess risks, and support decision-making processes
- Manage product backlog and coordinate Agile ceremonies to maintain efficient development flow and address technical debt
- Communicate product vision and progress clearly to partners at all levels, including senior leadership
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience (Required). Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience (Required)
- 6+ years' experience in a hands-on technical role including solution engineering, technical architecture, or platform product management in a large-scale enterprise environment (Required)
- 7+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an Agile software product development environment (Required)
- Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end product lifecycle for offers, product catalog, promotions, pricing, or eCommerce platforms in a B2B or B2C enterprise context (Required)
- Experience managing cross-platform dependencies across enterprise systems such as billing, order management, CRM, and customer-facing digital channels (Required)
- Experience in telecom, media, or digital services platform environments strongly preferred (Preferred)
- Experience with AI/ML product initiatives or enterprise data platforms a plus (Preferred)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Agile Methodologies: Proven success directing matrixed resources and delivering software using Agile Scrum methodologies and other commonly used tools across multiple teams (Required)
- Technical Writing: Strong requirements elicitation and proven writing skills including the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiences (Required)
- Agile Project Management: Experience with Agile backlog and project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence (Required)
- Collaboration: Experience with successive elaboration and ability to develop Initiatives, Features, and User Stories that DevOps teams can ingest (Required)
- Product Management: Experience delivering large and complex business/technology initiatives as Product Manager or lead technology role (Required)
- Communication: Proven track record to effecticonnect with with leadership while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence; excellent written and verbal skills with ability to present sophisticated technical information clearly to diverse audiences including executives and non-technical leaders (Required)
- Technology: Deep understanding of platform technologies and components such as security, performance, optimization, and API integration. Advanced knowledge of the full technology stack for assigned products, including experience with offer management, product catalog, pricing engines, or enterprise CRM platforms (Required)
- Business Analysis: Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and synthesize product use data to drive decisions (Required)
- Integration: Knowledge and experience with integration patterns, APIs, event-driven systems, and protocols such as REST, EDI, SOAP, etc. (Required)
- DevOps: Extensive knowledge of DevOps (CI/CT/CD) and application of CI/CT/CD in Agile environments (Required)
- Tools: Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, and SQL or equivalent data querying tools (Required)
- Data Platforms: Familiarity with enterprise data platforms and analytics tooling a plus (Preferred)
- AI/ML Product Experience: Prior experience leading AI/ML product initiatives, including NLP or conversational AI pipelines, a plus (Preferred)
- Offers & Promotions Platforms: Familiarity with offer lifecycle management, promotion engines, product catalog, or pricing platforms in an enterprise environment preferred (Preferred)
Licenses and Certifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / Scrum Product Owner Certification (CSPO) (Preferred)
- Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) (Preferred)
- Certified SAFe 5 Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) (Preferred)

Base Pay Range: $130,900 - $236,200
Corporate Bonus Target: 20%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
