Part-Time 28 hours pay period | Food Server

Schedule:

Position includes working one Monday shift, one Thursday shift, every other weekend and every other holiday.

Available Shifts:

1. 4:00pm-7:30pm

Pay Range: $18.44 - $25.03 per hour (based on experience)

The Difference You'll Make

1. Provide friendly, attentive meal service to residents and tenants in accordance with menu and diet guidelines
2. Serve meals accurately and efficiently while supporting a positive dining experience
3. Clear tables, assist with dish removal, and maintain cleanliness of dining areas
4. Support additional nutrition service duties as assigned to ensure smooth dining operations
5. Follow diet cards, menus, and service instructions to ensure accurate meal delivery
6. Demonstrate professionalism, respect, and a positive attitude toward residents, families, and team members
7. Work collaboratively with culinary and dining team members to support quality service

Qualifications:

Experience Required:

1. Minimum one year of previous serving or hospitality experience

Preferred:

1. Experience in senior living, healthcare dining, or restaurant environments

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

1. Ability to read English and follow diet cards, menus, and production sheets
2. Strong customer service and communication skills
3. Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
4. Ability to meet physical demands of the position (standing, walking, lifting trays, etc.)
