We are seeking a Junior IT Project Manager / Business Analyst to support technology projects involving system integrations, application upgrades, and operational improvements. This role is ideal for earlycareer professionals who enjoy coordinating work across teams, documenting requirements, and supporting project delivery in a structured environment. Responsibilities * Assist with IT projects including system integrations, upgrades, and migrations * Gather and document business and technical requirements * Maintain project schedules, action items, risks, and status reports * Facilitate meetings and communicate with crossfunctional stakeholders * Support documentation, reporting, and project coordination activities * Work with both application and infrastructurerelated initiatives Qualifications * 2-3 years of experience in IT project coordination, junior PM, or business analysis (internships included) * Experience working with enterprise systems or technology teams * Strong communication and organizational skills * Comfortable working in a hybrid onsite environment * Experience with tools such as Jira, SharePoint, or Excel is a plus Support technology projects by coordinating tasks across multiple teams, gathering and documenting requirements, maintaining project schedules and documentation, facilitating meetings, tracking action items, and supporting system upgrades, integrations, and migrations. Work includes administrative project coordination, stakeholder communication, and reporting activities aligned with established project management processes. Specified productivity speed / number of tasks / amount of material: * Support multiple concurrent projects or workstreams * Prepare and maintain weekly project status updates and documentation * Coordinate and facilitate recurring project meetings * Track and follow up on action items, risks, and issues across assigned projects Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anaheim, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
