We are seeking a *Senior** IT Project Manager* to lead complex, enterprisescale application deployments and major IT transformation initiatives. This role partners closely with enterprise application leaders, Senior business stakeholders, and a centralized PMO to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business outcomes-not just technical execution.
This is a *handson leadership role* for someone comfortable operating in both *Agile and Waterfall environments*, navigating change, and driving accountability across large, crossfunctional teams. This position is *hybrid*, requiring *onsite presence four days per week (Monday-Thursday)* in *Charlotte, NC*, and is offered as a *W2 opportunity*. *Key Responsibilities* * Lead endtoend delivery of *complex enterprise IT projects*, from initiation through stabilization * Partner with enterprise application leaders and Senior stakeholders to define scope, timelines, budgets, and success criteria * Drive project planning, prioritization, execution, and governance in alignment with established PMO standards * Ensure adherence to *Goal Deployment Process (GDP)* and *Project Delivery Process (PDP)* * *Manage daytoday project execution across all phases, including:* * *Accelerated Business Readiness (ABR)* * Testing cycles and defect resolution * Deployment and postimplementation stabilization * Coordinate dependencies across: * Legacy systems and integrations * New technology deployments * Related enterprise and SBU initiatives * Own project governance activities including: * Risk and issue management * Resource forecasting and alignment * Status reporting and milestone tracking * Business readiness and benefit realization * Facilitate Seniorlevel meetings, drive alignment, and resolve conflicts quickly * Escalate risks and issues appropriately to sponsors and the PMO * Support internal audit readiness and compliance activities * Manage change initiatives and interventions to ensure delivery outcomes are met *Required Skills & Experience* * *7-10 years of experience* as an IT Project Manager * Strong experience delivering projects within *IT Service Operations* or enterprise application environments * Proven experience managing *large, complex enterprise deployments* * *Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall* delivery models * Handson *Change Management* experience * Familiarity with *PMO governance frameworks*, including GDP, PDP, or similar methodologies * Ability to lead crossfunctional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels * Strong communication, organization, and problemsolving skills *NicetoHave Skills* * Experience supporting major IT or business transformation programs * Exposure to regulatory, audit, or riskmanaged environments * Experience coordinating across multiple programs or workstreams *Work Environment* * Hybrid schedule: *4 days onsite (Mon-Thurs)* * *Collaborative, enterprise IT environment* * *Fastpaced organization undergoing transformation and modernization* *Business Need* This role is being added to provide *additional delivery bandwidth* as the organization executes largescale application initiatives and IT transformation efforts. *What Success Looks Like* * Enterprise projects are delivered predictably and with strong business alignment * Risks are identified early and mitigated effectively * Stakeholders are informed, aligned, and confident in delivery outcomes * Governance standards are followed without slowing execution *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $90.00/hr.
