Camera Service Technician Location: Nashville, TN Schedule: 2nd Shift (Primarily evenings/nights) We're looking for a hands-on Camera Service Technician to support and maintain camera systems in Nashville. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomous, break/fix work, and troubleshooting hardware and connectivity issues. You'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing camera system issues, coordinating repair schedules, and ensuring equipment is restored quickly and accurately. What You'll Be Doing * Diagnose and repair camera system issues including: * Hardware failures * Connectivity and WiFi issues * Power and cabling problems * IP-related issues * Troubleshoot systems on-site and determine root cause upon arrival * Test power and connectivity using tools such as a multimeter * Set up Static IP Addresses * Replace failed equipment and process RMAs when hardware is defective * Install replacement cameras * Coordinate repair timing with a scheduler * Document work, upload photos, and manage tickets Schedule & Work Environment * Primarily 2nd shift approximately 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM * Occasional daytime or weekend work may be required What We're Looking For * Experience working with cameras and DVR systems * Strong break/fix troubleshooting skills * Hands-on experience with: * Multimeters * Cabling and power testing * Connectivity and WiFi troubleshooting * Static IP configuration * Ability to work independently and autonomously * Reliable transportation * Comfortable working evening/night shifts Tools & Equipment * Technician must supply basic hand tools, including: * Cabling tools * Drill * Multimeter Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Nashville, TN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
