  • Maintain completion records, administer evaluations, and provide summary insights to stakeholders.
  • Deliver training accurately and handle sensitive information in accordance with policy that supports compliance and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with People Ops, leaders, and SMEs to align training with current processes and priorities.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Experience facilitating training for supervisors and managers; comfort presenting to groups that may include senior leaders or executives.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to manage group dynamics and create engaging learning experiences.
  • Experience operating in confidentiality and compliancefocused environments (e.g., HR data, HIPAA/PHIadjacent settings).
  • Ability to translate organizational policies, procedures, and workflows into clear, practical training for nonclinical audiences.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Teams), Zoom or similar platforms, and basic polling or engagement tools.
  • Experience managing training rosters, tracking completion in an LMS, and summarizing evaluation data.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to keep materials current and wellorganized.
  • Flexibility to adjust work hours to align with training delivery schedules, including occasional early starts or fullday sessions.

Why You'll Love Working Here

  • A culture rooted in compassion, care, and integrity, where clinicians are valued as people first.
  • Strong work-life balance supported by flexible scheduling options and manageable caseloads.
  • The autonomy to shape your work, with leadership that trusts your professional judgment.
  • Regular supervision and consultation opportunities with experienced clinicians and leaders.
  • Clear paths for professional growth through continuing education, mentorship, and leadership development.
