Interns perform a wide range of duties for many different departments. Some of these duties include:

Sponsorship

  1. The Sponsorship Intern will support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events and activations. This role provides hands-on experience in event logistics, vendor coordination, promotional strategy, and on-site event support.
  2. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in gaining real-world experience in event marketing.
  3. Assist in the planning and execution of events, including community activations, sponsorships, and internal events
  4. Coordinate event logistics such as venue arrangements, materials, signage, and equipment
  5. Support communication with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders
  6. Help manage event timelines, checklists, and project plans
  7. Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and breakdown
  8. Track event metrics and assist with post-event reporting and recaps
  9. Maintain inventory of event materials and promotional items
  10. Tracking sponsorship data in Salesforce and other tracking tools

REQUIRED

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

PREFERRED

Sponsorship

  1. Junior or Senior Marketing or Communications majors (or similar/related fields)or recent graduates preferred.
  2. Candidates must have good academic performance.
  3. Excellent written and oral skills.
  4. Ability to work events that are sometimes outside of work hours (e.g., weekends), including at and leading up to the Northside Hospital Peachtree Road Race, July 4, 2026.
  5. Ability to solve problems and have strong attention to detail.
