Pay Rate: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour (Depending on experience)

Shift: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Some weekend work may be necessary)

The Tools for the Trade

• High school diploma or GED required
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred (aerospace experience a plus)
• Ability to read basic blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable using hand tools and light industrial equipment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

What You'll Do on the Line

• Cut, trim, and prepare insulation materials based on blueprints and work instructions
• Assist in the fabrication and assembly of aerospace insulation blankets and components
• Operate production equipment such as cutting tables, sewing machines, heat sealers, laminators, and bonding tools
• Measure materials accurately using basic precision tools (tape measures, rulers, gauges)
• Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and compliance with aerospace standards
• Package, label, and stage completed components for shipment
• Maintain clean and controlled work areas as required
• Follow all safety procedures, FAA guidelines, and AS9100 quality standards
• Report defects, equipment issues, and quality concerns to supervisors
• Support material handling, inventory, and production flow as needed
