Your Job Flint Hills Resources Pine Bend Refinery in Rosemount, MN is seeking a Project Manager. This position will lead cross-functional project teams to efficiently implement capital improvements to meet specific business objectives. This position is accountable for project planning, design development, and execution, including the creation of schedules, cost estimates, and scopes of work. Projects generally range in size from $5MM to over $100MM. Our Team We are a unified project capabilities group that combines experienced engineering, cost management, scheduling, construction, and turnaround teams to deliver highly competitive projects supporting our business. Our project teams drive the success of multiple initiatives across different phases by working efficiently and safely, anticipating challenges, resolving issues, removing obstacles, and offering well-founded recommendations. For this role, we anticipate paying $130,000- $190,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. This role is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.
