Job Overview
The Business Intelligence Analyst partners with the Hubbell Utility Solutions Operations organization to design and deploy advanced analytical solutions that enhance supply chain performance and decision-making. This role focuses on developing scalable data models, predictive insights, and intelligent reporting frameworks that drive operational efficiency and business value. By integrating domain expertise in supply chain operations with data science methodologies, the analyst transforms complex, multi-source datasets into actionable insights. The role plays a critical part in forecasting demand, optimizing inventory strategies, improving supplier performance, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the enterprise. Success in this position requires strong proficiency in data modeling, statistical analysis, and automation along with hands-on experience in Power BI and familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform.
