This role is a critical partner to senior leadership, providing high-touch, proactive support that keeps executives focused, informed, and operating at their best. You'll be trusted with complex priorities, sensitive communications, and the day-to-day orchestration of executive operations, making a real impact behind the scenes every single day.
What You'll Do *Act as a trusted administrative partner to an executive or chief, anticipating needs and managing shifting priorities with confidence and discretion. *Own complex calendars and logistics, coordinating high-level meetings, travel, conference calls, and events from start to finish including materials, resources, and refreshments. *Draft, edit, and prepare polished correspondence, executive summaries, presentations, and meeting minutes. *Serve as a key liaison for leadership, often translating executive or board direction into clear communication for internal teams. *Manage budgets, expense reconciliation, reimbursements, payroll functions, and office operations with accuracy and efficiency. *Apply sound judgment, initiative, and analytical thinking while working independently in a fast-paced environment. *Stay current on organizational policies and procedures to ensure seamless and compliant support. *Collaborate closely with other administrative professionals, supporting team workflows and assisting with onboarding or training when needed. *Handle confidential and sensitive matters with professionalism, tact, and integrity.
