About you:

We're on the lookout for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator - Commercial Real Estate (internally called Client Services Coordinator) who thrives on providing top-notch support to brokers and clients alike!

As a Client Services Coordinator, you're at the forefront of the action, delivering exceptional support to this Broker Team. This role will include helping support the Business Development of Brokers through marketing efforts, creation of pitch decks and other graphic material.

From project management to marketing wizardry, you're the go-to guru for all things real estate. You're ready to tackle any client-facing challenge, marketing graphic creation, and are willing to support administration efforts as needed.

In this role, you will:

• Balance multiple activities and projects at a time for multiple members of the team, and track action items, delivery dates/times and 'manage up' to completion of each project.
• Develop pitches and presentations for a varied range of clients for broker team.
• Execute marketing campaigns, including scheduling campaigns, maintenance of mailing lists, and running campaign reports.
• Update Brokers' recent transactions on applicable websites, and client contract portals for both local and regional clients intel to be readily available.
  

What you bring:

• 1-2+ years ofmarketing support services experience within Commercial Real Estate.
• Strong Proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or Real Estate
• Proficient in intermediate functions including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and comfortable with using network/cloud based systems.
• Excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

Approximate Compensation for this Role:
* Hourly rate: $25.09 - $33.65 per hour
