Job Title: Payroll Specialist
Location: Hershey, PA 17033
Duration: 3 Months
Overview:
Payroll Specialist manages payroll & time module, employee tax profile updates, compliance reporting, and ServiceNow case management, payroll processing to maintain consistent payroll support across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process US bi-weekly payroll in SAP accurately and timely.
- Monitor the time module very closely and fix timesheet based on employees' query accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
- Perform data entry for new hires, terminations, and employee changes.
- Research variances regarding past pay cycles, updating garnishment documentation, legal inquiries and audit questions or concerns.
- Ensures all post processing interface jobs are successfully processed - Posting to SAP's finance module (GL posting, third party payment posting / garnishments) direct deposit file, retirement, and other data interfaces.
- Customer service focused with detail on employee support and personal data confidentiality.
- Process prior quarter wage and tax adjustments.
- Handle and implement all company payroll policies and procedures to ensure requirements are followed consistently every payroll.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrated knowledge on garnishments, taxation, and regulations for US & CA (desired)
- Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills
- Strong knowledge of HRIS (SAP HRP, SF, ServiceNow)
- Customer service and conflict resolution
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field, with consideration to the right candidate with a combination of experience, certifications, and demonstrated knowledge.
