Job Summary The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for being a proactive member of a division that is tasked with increasing sales in targeted markets, within a predefined territory. This position will develop strategic relationships with a variety of Key Opinion Leaders, distribution partners, educational organizations and decision makers in targeted accounts (US Ambulatory and Inside Sales). Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience Minimum Qualifications
Education High school diploma or GED is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is $20hr plus benefits. Actual salary placement within this range depends on a variety of factors, including skills, education, and professional experience. In addition, this position is also eligible for variable compensation of up to $22,000, based on achievement of 100% of annual sales objective. Physical requirements/Work EnvironmentThis position is not a traditional inside sales role. ISRs perform all of the aspects of a traditional field sales role, but limited to communication via phone or email. Occasional travel is required. Person must be comfortable with regular lifting, sitting, standing and walking. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities.
