POSITION SUMMARY: The Recruiter will provide a premiere hiring experience to candidates and hiring managers by guiding them through the full cycle recruiting process. As an ambassador for Dominium, the Recruiter will develop internal and external relationships and increase Dominium awareness in the cities we serve throughout the United States through sourcing talent and building a talent pipeline. Must be passionate about providing an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience; have a process improvement mindset; and excel in a fast paced and professional working environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:



  1. Manages the full cycle recruitment for a portfolio within the business and may support additional portfolios as needed.
  2. Follows company recruitment program by complying with local, state, and federal employment laws and utilizes sourcing and recruiting strategies to ensure the company can attract the best candidates.
  3. Sources and develops diverse talent pipelines for multiple roles through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search, referrals, and advertising.
  4. Partners with Hiring Managers to create efficient and effective recruitment strategies for sourcing, pipelining, and filling hard to fill positions.
  5. Conducts phone interviews with applicants to ensure candidates meet minimum qualifications and are a cultural fit for Dominium; schedules face to face interviews (as needed) pending a positive outcome.
  6. Provides complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position, reinforcing our core values and culture.
  7. Negotiates employment terms and makes job offers for positions in a timely manner.
  8. Tracks progress on each candidate in the applicant tracking system (UKG), and reports staffing initiatives and progress to Supervisor and Hiring Managers on a regular basis.
  9. Partners with Campus Recruiter and attends college career fairs as needed.
  10. Assists with ad hoc projects as needed and performs additional assignments per Supervisor's direction.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS: (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, Training and Experience.)



  • 4-year degree in HR or related field or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
  • One (1) year of recruiting, sales or related experience required.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), social media platforms and ATS software.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality, think independently and work with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills required.
  • Strong hiring manager influencing skills with the ability to understand managers hiring needs, make recommendations and coach managers to make the best top talent decision.
  • Must be team focused and have the ability to partner with Recruiting Coordinators to provide the best candidate and hiring manager experience possible.
