Description and Requirements

Position Overview

The Senior Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to senior executives at Lenovo. This role requires exceptional professionalism, discretion, and judgment while managing complex schedules, global communications, and cross-functional priorities in a highly matrixed, international organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment and acts as a trusted partner to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to one or more senior executives, including calendar management, global travel arrangements, and expense reporting
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts across multiple time zones
  • Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholder
Strategic & Operational Coordination
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, agendas, and meeting materials
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, board-related activities, town halls, and off-site events
  • Track action items, follow up on deliverables, and support key initiatives
Communication & Stakeholder Management
  • Draft, review, and manage executive correspondence and communications
  • Partner closely with leaders across functions (HR, Finance, Legal, IT, Operations)
  • Interact with senior leaders, customers, and partners with professionalism and confidentiality

Confidentiality & Judgment

  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Exercise sound judgment in decision-making, prioritization, and issue escalation
  • Act as a trusted advisor while representing Lenovo's values and culture

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency
  • Leverage technology and Lenovo systems/tools to support productivity
  • Support other executive assistants and contribute to a collaborative EA community

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 7+ years of experience supporting senior or C-level executives in a global organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage complex schedules and priorities across multiple time zones
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience supporting executives in a technology or Fortune 500 company
  • Comfort working in a matrixed, multicultural, global environment
  • Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically
  • Experience with executive-level presentations and meeting facilitation
