APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Plan, schedule, and monitor material movement throughout the production cycle Define and track supplier performance metrics to drive continuous improvement Lead process improvement initiatives across procurement, inventory control, and manufacturing strategies (e.g., JIT, Kanban) Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve supply chain challenges and ensure on-time delivery Analyze costs and support supplier strategies to prevent negative variances and drive cost reductions Job Requirements What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of experience managing global factories and multiple commodities 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, procurement, or supplier management 3+ years of experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel (macros, pivot tables, data analysis) What Sets You Apart: Experience driving supplier manufacturing process improvements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with scalable solutions Ability to develop presentations, process documentation, and reporting dashboards Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check Overtime may be required based on business needs Ability to meet standard office and operational demands (no heavy lifting required) After you apply, you may receive a call or message from our AI Talent Scout about this role or other opportunities that match your skills and preferences.
