What You'll Do:
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor material movement throughout the production cycle
  • Define and track supplier performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Lead process improvement initiatives across procurement, inventory control, and manufacturing strategies (e.g., JIT, Kanban)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve supply chain challenges and ensure on-time delivery
  • Analyze costs and support supplier strategies to prevent negative variances and drive cost reductions
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience managing global factories and multiple commodities
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, procurement, or supplier management
  • 3+ years of experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel (macros, pivot tables, data analysis)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with scalable solutions
  • Ability to develop presentations, process documentation, and reporting dashboards
