The Data Center Supply Chain Manager is responsible for coordinating supply chain execution for high-priority Data Center programs, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, capacity, and logistics decisions. This role operates at the center of cross-functional execution, partnering closely with Sourcing, Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales, and Product Management to ensure critical projects are supported with reliable supply plans and clear risk visibility.
The role requires strong analytical capability, operational judgment, and the ability to translate complex supply constraints into actionable scenarios for executive decision making. The Manager will prepare and lead supply reviews within the S&OE and S&OP processes, ensuring the organization has clear visibility to risks, trade-offs, and mitigation strategies.
This position is suited for a supply chain professional who thrives in a fast-growing environment where priorities evolve quickly and where disciplined execution and clear escalation are essential.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, S&OE, Materials Management
  • Experience supporting complex programs involving long lead times, constrained supply, or rapid growth environments
  • Proven experience in S&OE process, demand planning, supply and inventory planning, new products introduction, and resource allocation
  • Strong analytical and scenario modeling capability
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sourcing, logistics, manufacturing, and commercial teams

Preferred

  • Experience participating in S&OP / S&OE processes
  • Experience working with ERP/MRP/APS systems
  • APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP) preferred

Pay Range:

The expected salary range for this position is $130,000-144,000 yearly. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable law.

Working Conditions:

This is a Hybrid role in the North Andover Corporate location, and you will perform the majority of your duties in an office environment. You may, at times, be required to be present on the manufacturing floor and will be required to wear the appropriate personal protective equipment (safety glasses, hearing protection and safety shoes). The temperature in the factory is not temperature controlled. The noise is loud. There is machinery, dust, fumes and particulates in the air.

Physical Requirements: Specific physical abilities required for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Ability to remain seated at a desk or workstation for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks like typing on a keyboard or using a mouse for extended periods.
  • Ability to physically move around the office and shop floor.
  • Ability to read documents, use a computer.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with management and coworkers, particularly in meetings or phone calls.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, phones, and copiers.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
