Whatyou'llown astheSeniorSales Trainer

We areseekinga talented and motivatedSenior Sales Trainerto join our dynamic team.This person willbe responsible fordesigning,deliveringand continuously improving internal sales trainingthat accelerates ramp time, deepens product and salesexpertise,and drives measurable performance outcomes across our sales teams.The ideal candidateis a dynamic facilitator who can commanda room (virtual or in person), curate energy across audiences and translatepayments concepts into engaging, applicable learning experiences. You will partner closely with sales leaders, product marketing, andsalesenablementpeerstoidentifygaps and build programs that move the needle.

  • Design and deliver scalable training programs-one- to-one and one-to-many- that may include new hire onboarding, on-going skill development,support and deliver product launches, and reinforcemethodologydevelopment (Winning by Design).

  • Facilitate engaging,high-energysessions that could be in a live or virtual environment (classroom,Sales Kickoffs, workshops).

  • Build and support modern learning experiences that supportand combine instructor led training, on demand e-learning, roleplays, etc.

  • Partner with Revenue Enablement to translate business priorities into targeted learningobjectives, curriculumroadmaps,and measurable outcomes.

  • Collaborate with product,marketingand sales leadership to ensure training content isaccurate,current,and aligned with thego-to-marketstrategy.

  • Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to create programs that drive retention and behavioral change.

  • Develop andmaintainfacilitator guides, workbooks, job aids, knowledgechecksand assessments.

  • Measure training effectiveness through completion rates, assessments, sales manager feedback, and downstreamsales performance indicators.

  • Understands sales methodologies(winning by design is what we use) and how theyoperatewithin the sales cycle.

Whatyou'llbring

  • 5years' experiencein sales training, sales enablement, sales, learning & development

  • Demonstrated experience delivering trainings to teams or groups of people

  • Be a culture superhero! Can curate energyand motivate people!Are you a charismatic facilitator that canread a room, adapt on theflyand keepaudience'sattention

  • Demonstrated experience in learning technologies: LMS platforms,production tools, enablement platforms

  • Excellent written,oraland visual communication skills

It'sa bonus if youhave

  • Strong instructional design skills

  • Experience training B2B Sales teams in Fintech,

  • Payments,SaaSorTechplatforms.

Worldpay is dedicated to offering individuals rewarding career opportunities and competitive compensation. For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $87,300.00-$131,775.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role's responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate's experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary. We encourage you to consult with your recruiter to confirm the budget for your location and to better understand the applicable pay scale.
