Great Hill Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Senior Operational Planner to support United States Air Forces Central Command (USAFCENT) at Shaw AFB. This position requires deep expertise in joint air operations planning, targeting integration, and operational command and control (C2) within an Air Operations Center (AOC) or similar operational environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience operating in or supporting AOCs or platforms such as AWACS, with strong knowledge of the Find-Fix-Track-Target-Engage-Assess (F2T2EA) cycle. This individual will combine strategic insight with tactical execution to lead complex planning efforts, integrate intelligence into real-time decision-making, and support modernization of C2 capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead joint operational planning across air, space, and cyber domains in support of Combatant Command (CCMD) priorities

* Execute and support the Joint Targeting Cycle (deliberate and dynamic targeting)

* Apply F2T2EA methodology (Find, Fix, Track, Target, Engage, Assess) to integrate ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance) with kinetic/non-kinetic effects

* Develop and refine plans using Joint Planning Process (JPP/JPPA)

* Support the Air Tasking Order (ATO) cycle, including Strategy Division, Target Effects Team (TET), and Master Air Attack Plan (MAAP)

* Ensure compliance with Rules of Engagement (ROE), Law of Armed Conflict (LOAC), and Collateral Damage Estimation (CDE)

* Utilize systems such as TBMCS, GCCS, LINK16, MIDB, JTT, and Palantir

* Coordinate with joint, coalition, and interagency partners for synchronized operations

* Support time-sensitive targeting (TST) and dynamic execution

* Contribute to C2 modernization, digital transformation, and distributed/federated operations

* Participate in Large Force Exercises (LFE) and mission planning cells

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in joint operational planning, targeting, or command and control (C2)

* Strong experience in AOC operations, joint air operations, and targeting processes

* Expertise in Joint Planning Process (JPP), Joint Targeting Cycle, and ATO/MAAP production

* Experience integrating multi-source intelligence (ISR) into operational planning

* Proven leadership in joint, coalition, or combat environments

* Hands-on experience with AOC systems (TBMCS, GCCS, LINK16, MIDB, JTT)

* Experience supporting LFE, contingency operations, or crisis response

* Active TS/SCI clearance (or eligibility)

Preferred Qualifications

* Joint Professional Military Education (JPME I) or Joint Duty qualified

* Advanced training: C2WAC, Joint Targeting School, Combat Targeting Course, SAASS

* Experience in USCENTCOM AOR (Area of Responsibility)

* Knowledge of data-centric targeting, counter-UAS, missile defense integration
