Sales Support Representative (Contract-to-Hire) Pay Rate: $22/hour Location: Madison, WI Schedule: Full-Time Duration: 6-month contract with potential for hire Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to support a Customer Care team within a medical technology environment. This role is primarily off-phone and focuses on reviewing, validating, and correcting order information to ensure accuracy and product quality. This position is ideal for someone who works well independently, has strong visual attention to detail, and is comfortable following established criteria to make judgment-based decisions. A successful day includes accurately processing 60-80 orders per day. Key Responsibilities * Review client photos using an internal visual measurement tool * Compare photos against measurements submitted by Sales Representatives * Apply defined criteria to assess accuracy and identify discrepancies * Edit and update orders as needed within internal systems, including Oracle * Ensure all order data meets quality and accuracy standards * Complete additional sales support and data-related tasks as assigned Required Qualifications * Minimum 1 year of data entry, sales support, or administrative experience * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Typing speed of 40 WPM or higher * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Nice-to-Have Qualifications * Experience with Oracle * Optical, medical device, or healthcare-related experience Work Environment * Modern, open, and clean office space built in 2019 * Standing desks and natural light throughout the workspace * Fast-paced onboarding and training (approximately 2 weeks) * Collaborative, close-knit Customer Care team * Regular team lunches and team-building activities #centralpriority26 Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Madison, WI.
