Description

The Senior Manager of Workplace Experience plays a key leadership role in delivering an exceptional day-to-day experience for employees and tenants across the organization. This individual is responsible for creating a safe, welcoming, and high-performing workplace environment that supports productivity, collaboration, and engagement. The role combines oversight of corporate services operations, tenant relations, office experience strategy, and cross-functional coordination, with a focus on fostering a culture of excellence and hospitality.

What You'll Do

Workplace Experience & Operations



  • Lead all aspects of office experience and operations, including administrative services, reception, and facilities.
  • Ensure the workplace is clean, safe, inclusive, and optimized for collaboration and productivity.
  • Oversee workplace services such as desk allocation, hoteling, meeting room systems, and general office layout.
  • Establish an ambassador team to solicit feedback from all departments.
  • Support new hire onboarding and ensure all workplace touchpoints reflect the organization's values and brand.
  • Focus on Space and Meeting Room readiness throughout the stack.
  • Collaborate with internal communications teams to support workplace messaging and updates
  • Work cross-functionally with HR, IT, Facilities, and Security to ensure a seamless workplace experience.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret workplace data (e.g., space utilization, employee feedback, service requests.
  • Support Events and Meeting with Ideation, coordination and planning.
  • Identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Support workplace projects such as office moves, redesigns, and process improvements .
  • Manage the receptionist role and responsibilities.


Tenant Relations & Real Estate Support



  • Act as the primary liaison for tenant inquiries, feedback, and day-to-day support.
  • Conduct routine check-ins and satisfaction surveys to support tenant retention and resolve concerns proactively.
  • Coordinate with the Facilities team on maintenance, inspections, and issue resolution.


Team Leadership & Development



  • Lead and coach a high-performing team focused on hospitality, service excellence, and operational efficiency.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.


Sustainability & Corporate Responsibility



  • Implement and manage workplace sustainability programs such as recycling, energy reduction, and green procurement.
  • Support CSR initiatives through events, partnerships, and employee engagement programs.


What You'll Bring



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Facilities Management, or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in workplace operations, tenant services, or corporate real estate.
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role with direct oversight of office services and team management.
  • Proven success in developing workplace strategies that enhance employee and tenant engagement.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance strategic and operational priorities.
  • Financial and vendor management experience preferred.
  • Experience working in media, publishing, or professional services preferred.
  • Familiarity with hybrid and digital collaboration tools.
  • Understanding of commercial real estate operations and tenant management best practices.


This salary range for this role is $85,000 - $110,000.

This position is classified as remote but is tied to our New York, NY office located at 120 Broadway. Employment is subject to New York State tax withholding under applicable regulations.
