This practice is located at 18742 Coastal Highway Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971. Medical Advantage Program delivers comprehensive, patientcentered primary care focused on prevention, wellness, and the management of acute and chronic conditions. Working collaboratively with experienced physicians and nurse practitioners, this role supports highquality care across the adult lifespan in a welcoming, communitybased setting.

Duties / Responsibilities:

TheMedical Assistant Igreets and supports patients virtually and in person, prepares them for visits, performs basic clinical tasks (e.g., testing, injections, EKGs), assists with exams, and maintains exam rooms and equipment. They manage EMR updates, patient communications, referrals, authorizations, and scheduling, while handling clerical duties, troubleshooting video visits, and supporting patient portal access.

Position Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or GED required.

• A graduate of a recognized Medical Assistant Program or hold current Medical Assistant Certification by a national organization accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) or the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).
