Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive, strategic, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the President of one of Sealed Air's major business units. This critical role ensures the President's time, priorities, and stakeholder engagements are optimized-enabling effective leadership and driving operational excellence across the business.

Job Description

* Proactively manage the President's complex calendar, prioritizing key business initiatives and ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, internal strategy sessions, and external engagements.
* Anticipate needs by developing a deep understanding of business priorities; prepare briefing materials, presentations, and follow-ups to support executive decision-making.
* Serve as a strategic liaison between the President and cross-functional teams, facilitating clear communication and alignment across the business unit.
* Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion, ensuring timely follow-through on critical initiatives.
* Coordinate domestic and international travel, optimizing schedules to maximize efficiency and impact.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions that enhance executive effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

* Extensive experience supporting senior executives, with a proactive and anticipatory approach.
* Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, paired with a strategic mindset.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize information and support executive-level decision-making.
* Proven ability to operate with discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
* A solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on driving efficiency and continuous improvement.
