Goodwill Staffing works with a variety of Clients offering a variety of job opportunities. This is a temp-to-hire with the eligibility of full-time permanent placement. We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Field Service Foreman to support daily field execution for a growing metal fabrication company. This is a working foreman role responsible for leading crews in the field, helping close out jobs, removing bottlenecks, holding installers and subcontractors accountable, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. This position supports Project Manager and serves as a field leader to help keep operations moving. When crews are running smoothly, the Foreman is expected to step in and assist with production, closeout items, punch work, and job completion as needed. This role may also backfill and support the Project Manager / GM when they are out or when additional field leadership is needed. Company truck is provided for work use. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
