  • Help maintain the Americas events calendar and support coordination across internal teams to ensure alignment and visibility.

  • Support execution of event playbooks, sales activation kits, and materials to enable sales engagement and follow-up.

  • Assist with tracking event-related expenses and invoices and support budget tracking with guidance from Event Managers.

  • Support collection and tracking of event performance metrics, including attendance, engagement, pipeline contribution, and feedback.

  • Partner with Field Marketing, Global Events, Sales, and other internal teams to support seamless event execution and communication.

  • Support communications related to events, including internal updates, event snapshots, and coordination of post-event materials.

  • Provide on-site and virtual event support as needed, including setup, registration, and day-of coordination.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or a related role; B2B technology or software experience preferred.

  • Exposure to conferences, trade shows, field events, or virtual events, with an interest in learning full-cycle event management.

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Ability to execute event logistics and support programs with guidance in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.

  • Adaptable, reliable, and eager to learn, with a strong sense of ownership for assigned responsibilities.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Asana, and/or event or marketing technology platforms is a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field preferred.

  • Ability and willingness to travel and work extended hours during events as needed.
