Business Intelligence Analyst - Finance

dormakaba is seeking a (hybrid) Business Intelligence Analyst - Finance based in Indianapolis, In. Business Intelligence Analyst - Finance will focus on acquiring and reporting financial data in a manner that supports the needs of business stakeholders. While efforts are expected to be primarily focused on the needs of dormakaba Americas which includes US, Canada, Latin America, responsibilities will also align with the overall Global BI initiatives. We are business partners who support the Americas enterprise of Accounting, FP&A, Operations, HR, Sales, and Executive Leadership.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $80,000 - $90,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.

• Develop, collaborate, implement Power BI Dashboards for Financial Performance
• Assist in developing, implementing and fine-tuning cloud data structures
• Think creatively, envision relationships between financial data and create designs that ensure seamless and intuitive results
• Learn and understand new software products and concepts, including self-instruction using available texts and other online resources
• Intake reporting requirements, identify data sources, and acquire knowledge to data and develop recurring or ad hoc reports

• 5+ years' experience in financial analysis and/or financial KPIs
• Experience designing and building data visualizations with MS Power BI, SAP Analytics for Cloud (SAC), or similar reporting tools
• Excellent technical skills in SAP, Salesforce, and Alteryx
• Influencing skills to collaborate with cross functional teams

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business/Finance or related field
• Experience with project management and/or business process improvement experience
• Experience in SQL, Axapta, Pronto, and/or AS400
