What You'll Do Day-To-Day

    Develops and maintains current project schedules, schedule status and analysis with appropriate software.
  • Assists in developing project work breakdown structure for projects to meet scheduling and cost tracking requirements.
  • Assists in identifying required project resources (staff, materials, equipment, etc.).
  • Assists in coordinating with IS on implementation, updating and enhancement to scheduling software tools.
  • Participates on project teams providing valued project data and analysis.
  • Generates accurate, timely reports and schedules for management.
  • Recommends and develops scheduling process improvements.

Manage machining production schedule and schedule status.
Manage production readiness schedule.
Generates production reports.
Team collaboration: Communicate with technical support and operator teams for seamless production.
G-code and M-Code proficient writing and troubleshooting.
Cad Cam Software expertise: Generate tool paths and simulate operation.
Machine operation skills: Setup and calibration.
Material Knowledge: Selecting tools and tool wear. Troubleshooting: Diagnosing alarm or mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
Blueprint reading: Interpreting technical drawings, tolerances, and specifications to translate design into machine instructions.



What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 0 years of related experience or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
  • Basic understanding of planning and scheduling concepts.
  • Basic communication skills to comprehend, follow direction and convey detailed technical data.
  • Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Good problem identification and problem resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to adjust schedules based on changing priorities.

Total Rewards Package

  • Salary: $30.40-$39.80 per hour, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
