What You'll Do:
- Assemble mechanical and electrical components using established engineering processes
- Adjust, align, and fit parts as needed to meet specifications
- Perform hand soldering on electronic assemblies
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and consistent productivity levels
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to process improvements.
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4+ years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related production environment
What Sets You Apart:
- Associate's Degree
- Mechanical or electrical assembly experience to include Soldering.
- Good hand-eye coordination for work under a microscope.
- Able to read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings and Bills of Material
- Working knowledge of electronic Theory relating to RF transmission, receivers' circuits, analog and digital circuitry.
- The ability to troubleshoot RF/Digital circuits to the component level.
- Understanding and able to perform calibration of RF circuity and equipment calibration procedures.
- Test equipment, i.e., signal generators, oscilloscopes, power meters, spectrum analyzers, and RF equipment
- Advanced ability to solve complex technical problems, analyze faulty circuits
- Electrical background at the component level
- Capable of identifying problems and contributing to process improvements through the client's E3 continuous improvement process
- J-STD-00, IPC-610
Additional Information:
- Requires the ability to obtain an Active Secret Clearance
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
- Must be able to arrive on time!
- Must be able to work in a team-based environment and interact with support team members
- Traversing across the production floor for the duration of their shift
- Able to transport up to 30 lbs
