SPA has an immediate need for a Technical Directorate FMS Coordinator.


Responsibilities

The Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Coordinator supports the International Program Office Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS) New Business team by coordinating activities between program teams, technical subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure partner nation requirements are clearly understood and effectively communicated across the organization. This role serves as a central point of organization and communication for FMS-related efforts, helping ensure technical information, program updates, and customer needs remain aligned throughout the lifecycle of an FMS engagement.

Responsibilities include gathering and organizing technical inputs from engineering teams, supporting the development and refinement of documentation that communicates system capabilities and limitations, and tracking information required to support international partner discussions. The FMS Coordinator works closely with internal teams to ensure that partner nation requirements are accurately captured and that program stakeholders remain informed on the status of FMS-related activities.
Additional responsibilities include facilitating coordination meetings, maintaining documentation and records associated with FMS efforts, and ensuring information is clearly communicated between technical teams and program leadership. Through strong organization and communication, the role helps support the successful planning and execution of capabilities delivered to international partners through the Foreign Military Sales process.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.)
  • 3 to 10 years of relevant experience experience
  • FMS Experience
  • Active Secret Clearance, and the ability to maintain it throughout employment

Desired Qualifications:

  • M.A. / M.S. Degree
