Role Summary As a key member of the Pharmacy Solutionsteam within the Office of Health Mart,this role plays a critical part in ensuring ourpharmacysolutionsoperateeffectively, scale successfully, and deliver measurable value to our pharmacies. This role focuses on drivingutilization, operational readiness, and performance across existing Pharmacy Solutions, while also supporting the successful introduction and adoption of new initiatives. The individual will partner closely withinternal stakeholders, andcrossfunctionalpartners to remove friction,identifygaps, and translate strategy into execution thatbenefitsour customers. This role requires someone who is comfortable working across complexity,balancingneartermexecution withlongertermpriorities, and who leads with acustomerfirstmindset, a bias toward action, and strong accountability for results. This position offers the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement based on recent updates to our in-office and workfromhome model.If located in DFW-Irving, Texas area, the selected candidate may be expected to work onsite at our Las Colinas office a minimum of two (2) days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely. Specific inoffice days may be designated according to team needs and business priorities. We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
