Job Description POSITION: Clinical Services Director PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Clinical Services Director's primary function is to provide appropriate treatment services to individuals in a PSH residential placement and other individuals as identified by the Supports for Living Director. The Clinical Services Director works to fulfill their primary function by: 1. Developing, writing and overseeing implementation of treatment plan for each person on the assigned caseload; 2. Developing and overseeing staff training and support systems which serve to improve Staff ability to provide effective treatment services and which are consistent w1th the agency and program mission and values. A focus on the Quality Through Teams Initiative and the Learning Organization Model is of primary importance; 3. Work closely with CTT, Elwyn MH day programs and other IDT members to provide consistent, high quality clinical treatment services. 4. The Clinical Services Director directly supervises the PSH Program Coordinator in all aspects of clinical treatment services in the program. SECONDARY FUNCTION: The Clinical Services Director's secondary function is to provide guidance and support to the. entire Supported Living Product Line in best practices related to the treatment of individuals with psychiatric and/or behavioral issues impacting on their functioning capability. The Clinical Services Director works to fulfill their secondary function by: 1. Overseeing the Therapies budget and managing consultant relationships; 2. Reviewing Psychotropic Medication review and Behavior Plans with appropriate IDT members for quality, accuracy and consistency with County regulations; 3. Sitting on the PE Behavior Management Review Committee as the Support for Living Product Line representative.
