Description Job Title: General Laborer Location: Mesa, AZ Employment Type: Temp to perm Industry: Manufacturing Compensation: $20/hr Schedule: M-F, 8AM-5PM Position Summary: The General Labor - Production Associate supports manufacturing operations by assisting with production line activities, material staging, inspection support, packaging, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role helps ensure efficient production flow and adherence to quality standards within a fast-paced manufacturing facility. What You'll Do: Perform general manual labor tasks to support daily manufacturing operations. Load, unload, move, and organize raw materials, parts, and finished products. Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and production equipment as trained. Assist machine operators and production staff with setup, cleanup, and workflow support. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following company safety standards. Inspect materials and products for visible defects or damage. Follow work instructions, schedules, and supervisor directions to meet production goals. Package, label, and prepare products for shipment or storage.
