Senior Quality Assurance Lead - Onsite

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Lead for an on-site contract to hire position with a Major Financial Institution located in Pittsburgh, PA. This is an 8+ month contract opportunity.

This role involves operating in a global delivery model, providing strategic direction to testing and acting as a subject matter expert for the quality discipline. The selected candidate will lead the review of testing artifacts, coordinate test strategy and scripting, and ensure quality is a core focus throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction to testing and act as a subject matter expert for the quality discipline and a line of business domain
• Lead the review of testing artifacts throughout the product life-cycle to ensure appropriate sign off and prioritization of testing work
• Coordinate test strategy, scripting, and defect resolution
• Ensure early engagement with internal partners and proactive planning to ensure quality is a core area of focus
• Take accountability for quality standards in the development, implementation, and upkeep of test scripts and opportunities for automation

Requirements:

• 8 years of experience leading quality assurance projects/programs
• Experience with Test Case Development, Software Testing, and Controls Testing
• Proficiency with testing tools such as Cucumber, Selenium, SoapUI, and Karate
• Experience with Java and SQL
• Knowledge of Scaled Agile methodologies

Desired skills:

• Strong Analytical Thinking skills
• Experience with Usability Testing
• Familiarity with Corporate Governance and Quality Support standards

Pay range: $44.56 - $52.56 per hour
