Job Description:
Key Tasks:
* Proficient in the application of a broad set of analytical and technical tools within a single Client technical discipline (Mechanical, QA, V&V, etc.), with a strong emphasis on Risk Reduction testing (RRT) and Verification and Validation (V&V) testing.
* Possesses the technical skills and knowledge to function effectively in a second technical discipline, enhancing cross-functional collaboration and project outcomes.
* Proactively seeks assignments and works to identify breadth of tasks. May take lead role in selected technical activities.
* Demonstrates proficiency with analytical skills necessary to troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical problems within the primary technical discipline, including the application of Instron testing.
* May provide guidance to designers/technicians.
o May include training, mentoring or coaching.
* Collaborate with a broad group of cross-functional staff.
* Provides input and may participate in recruiting and selecting teams.
* Supports testing from concept to V&V and beyond as necessary

Skills & Qualifications:
* High School Diploma/GED - Required
* Associate"s degree - Required or 2-year trade/military school - Required
* Minimum 5 Years of designing/drafting Experience - Preferred
* Possesses the analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical problems within single technical discipline. Required
* Handles multiple concurrent projects, understands priorities of assigned tasks and plans daily activities accordingly.
* Develops creative solutions to challenging problems.
