Job Title: Technical Services Project Management 3
Job Location: Annapolis, MD

• Design and maintain performance dashboards - Develop and continuously update KPI, SLA, and utilization dashboards (user adoption and tool usage) to provide real time visibility into project health.
• Convert raw data into actionable insights - Analyze large data sets to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities, delivering recommendations that influence decision making.
• Track and report success metrics - Define, monitor, and report on success indicators that measure the impact of initiatives and operational effectiveness.
• Create and manage central knowledge assets - Produce and keep current centralized documentation such as playbooks, templates, and best practice guides to ensure consistency across the organization.
• Develop executive level presentations - Build data driven slide decks with concise narratives that translate complex analysis into clear, strategic storytelling for senior leadership.
• Benchmark operational maturity - Conduct comparative analyses to assess current performance against industry standards and internal maturity models, identifying gaps and improvement pathways.

• Proven experience building and maintaining KPI dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate raw data into strategic insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially in crafting executive presentations.

• Experience developing playbooks, templates, or similar knowledge management assets.
• Familiarity with operational maturity frameworks and risk analysis methodologies.
