Job Title: Practice Coordinator

Location(s): San Francisco, CA

Position Overview:
The Practice Coordinator provides administrative and operational support within a high-volume clinical environment. This role is responsible for managing patient communications, coordinating appointments, and ensuring efficient front-end clinic workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and route incoming phone calls in a high-volume setting.
  • Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Support front desk operations and patient check-in processes.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication.
  • High attention to detail and organizational ability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience with APeX (Epic) system strongly preferred.

Additional Information:

  • High-volume clinic environment (approximately 300 patients per day).
  • Preference for candidates with prior APeX training, though strong candidates without it may be considered.
