Facility Planning, Design & Construction (FPDC) is seeking a Space Manager to lead healthcare space management, data governance, and supporting systems across the Medical Center, Health System, and affiliated sites. This role oversees space databases, drawings, and reporting that support operational planning, financial allocations, regulatory compliance, and life safety needs in a complex healthcare environment. The Space Manager serves as a key liaison with clinical, administrative, facilities, engineering, and accounting partners, ensuring accurate space data and effective planning to support patient care, academic missions, and future growth. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Experience - Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities, space management, information systems, or project management. Supervisory or leadership experience. Be Bold. Key Responsibilities

Anticipated Pay Range: Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $62,694.00 to USD $107,633.00.
