68768 EHS Coordinator Job Description Job Title: EHS Coordinator Department: Environmental & Safety (E&S) Reports to: E&S Leader Supervises: N/A FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Non-Bargaining PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator serves as an extension of site leadership within an industrial manufacturing environment. This hands-on, onsite role is responsible for driving an injury-free and incident-free workplace through visible floor presence, effective coaching, disciplined execution of EHS management systems, and employee engagement. The EHS Coordinator supports regulatory compliance, Serious Injury and Fatality (SIF) risk reduction, Human Performance Improvement (HPI), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and environmental stewardship. The role partners closely with operations, maintenance, and leadership teams to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate workplace risk. This position requires daily engagement in the production environment and flexibility to support multiple shifts, including off-shifts as operational needs require.
