The Statistics and Mathematics departments in the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Virginia seek an Academic Operations Specialist. The Academic Operations Specialist plays a central role in the day-to-day administration of the academic programs in the Statistics and Mathematics departments. This position serves as a primary point of contact for students navigating academic requirements, milestones, financial aid, and admissions processes - while also partnering closely with other offices in the College and across Grounds. Physical Demands This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs. The anticipated hiring range is $65,000-$70,000, commensurate with education and experience. This is an exempt-level, benefited position. Learn more about UVA benefits.
