What You'll Do As a key member of our front office team, you'll combine administrative expertise with exceptional customer service, including: * Managing a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls related to patients' medical equipment and supply needs * Verifying insurance coverage and clearly explaining patient eligibility and potential costs * Maintaining patient accounts by accurately collecting, recording, and updating personal and financial information * Communicating with caregivers, physicians, insurance companies, and outside providers regarding patient accounts and product needs * Creating and following up on documentation to ensure all required records are complete and on file What We're Looking For * Experience in medical reception, patient coordination, or healthcare customer service * Comfort handling high call volumes and sensitive patient information * Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail * Insurance verification experience is a plus Why You'll Love Working Here * Competitive Pay: $18.25-$20.25 per hour, competitive starting pay with annual increases * Weekly Pay * Full Benefits Package, including: * Paid Holidays * Health, Dental & Vision Insurance * 401(k) and more * Daytime schedule only - no nights or weekends! * Stable, long-term role in a rewarding healthcare field Ready to Apply?
