Description Our client is seeking a Field Support Analyst to provide onsite IT support at its Los Angeles location. This role is highly customer-facing and focused on delivering exceptional end-user support in a fast-paced enterprise environment. Responsibilities include: * Providing Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support for hardware and software issues * Supporting a wide range of end users within the office building * Responding to and resolving tickets through a ticketing system within SLA timelines * Troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Outlook * Managing user accounts and access via Active Directory * Supporting device management through Microsoft Intune * Performing remote and onsite troubleshooting * Maintaining office technology and ensuring operational readiness * Delivering high-quality customer service in a front-facing support role Skills Desktop Support, Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, MS Office, O365, Ticketing Systems, Hardware Troubleshooting, Software Troubleshooting, Customer Service, Level 2 Support, Technical support, Windows 10, Banking Support, Law Firm Support, Adobe Acrobat, Executive Support, VIP Support, Remote Management Tools, Large Enterprise Environment, Adobe Creative Cloud Additional Skills & Qualifications * A+ Certification is a plus but not required * Experience supporting 10,000+ user environments preferred * Strong troubleshooting and communication skills * Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments * Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience; +3 years if no degree) Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Los Angeles, CA.
