Description Spectrum is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Arbitration Analyst to support the execution and ongoing management of arbitration rules governing customer communications. This role focuses on ensuring communication decisioning is accurate, effective, and aligned with business priorities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, solid project management experience, and hands on exposure to rule logic, testing, and data validation. This individual will support both prerelease and postproduction testing, identify trends, and partner cross functionally to manage and evolve the arbitration roadmap. Key Responsibilities: Orchestrate and maintain arbitration rules supporting customer communications across channels Review, validate, and test arbitration rules prior to production release Monitor and test live arbitration rules to identify accuracy issues, performance concerns, and trends Use SQL to analyze data, validate outputs, and support rule testing and troubleshooting Partner with cross functional stakeholders to align priorities and support the arbitration roadmap Track deliverables, manage timelines, and support overall project execution Document rule changes, testing results, and process updates with high accuracy Identify opportunities to improve rule performance, processes, and communication outcomes Skills Business analysis, SQL, project management, data validation, A/B Testing, rule logic, testing Top Skills Details Business analysis,SQL,project management,data validation,A/B Testing Additional Skills & Qualifications Required Qualifications Experience supporting business rules, decisioning logic, or customer communication processes Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting Experience testing logic, rules, or workflows prior to release Ability to analyze live production performance and identify trends or issues Strong communication and cross functional collaboration skills Experience Level* Intermediate Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
