Customer Service Representative (Call Center) Experience Level: Entry Level Job Description We are seeking a reliable and detailoriented Customer Service Representative to support customers in a fastpaced call center environment. This role focuses primarily on handling inbound calls, with some followup outbound communication as needed. Responsibilities * Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls (50-100 calls per day depending on complexity) * Answer questions related to prior authorizations, general inquiries, and confidential information * Accurately enter and update customer information across multiple systems * Provide highquality customer service with strong attention to detail * Follow call center policies, procedures, and quality standards * Meet quality and accuracy performance metrics * Utilize multiple programs and systems to document interactions and track customer requests Required Skills * Call center experience * Customer service skills * Data entry * Microsoft Office proficiency * Strong verbal and written communication * Ability to multitask across multiple systems Top Skills * Call Center * Customer Service * Microsoft Office * Data Entry Qualifications * Minimum 1 year of call center experience * At least 1 year of consistent tenure in previous roles * Highvolume call center experience within the last 2-3 years * Typing speed of 30 WPM or higher * Strong computer knowledge and technical skills * Dependable work history (no jobhopping; jumpy resumes will not be approved) Assessments (IKM Tests) * Typing Test - One Space Version (1 minute) * Call Center - Telephone Skills * Computer Knowledge & Skills Work Environment * Call center setting * 75% callbased scenarios * Performance measured on quality, accuracy, and efficiency Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MI.
