Patient Coordinator Employment Type: FullTime \| Contract to Hire Will serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays a key role in creating a welcoming, professional experience. This position supports patient registration, insurance verification, and frontoffice operations while delivering excellent customer service in a fastpaced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities * Warmly greet every patient with eye contact, a smile, and a positive, professional attitude. * Guide new patients through registration paperwork and serve as a resource for questions. * Perform patient registration and accurately enter demographic information into the EMR system. * Verify insurance coverage and obtain authorizations as needed. * Collect copays and ensure accurate documentation of payments. * Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist patients in person and over the phone. * Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and clinic policies. * Deliver consistently excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
