Your Job As a Senior Accountant - Divisional Finance, you will play a key role supporting the Divisional Finance organization by partnering closely with Finance Business Partners (FBPs) to deliver timely, accurate, and insightful financial support. This role is highly customer-facing and focused on translating divisional finance needs into actionable accounting outputs, including month-end activities, flash reporting, and financial analysis. You will help create value for the business by investigating financial drivers, supporting decision-making, and continuously improving processes through data, systems, and automation. LOCATION: This role will ideally sit in our Chicago, IL office, but can also work from the Lisle, IL headquarters. Our Team You will be part of a collaborative Regional Finance Team, working directly with FBPs to support divisional financial performance. This team acts as a trusted partner to the business, responding quickly to requests, providing clarity on financial results, and helping FBPs understand what is driving key variances. The role offers exposure to divisional financial operations and close interaction with cross-functional finance teams, including Corporate Accounting, FP&A, and Global Business Services. For this role, we anticipate paying $90,000- $110,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
